i don't have a list off the top of my head, but it seems like there's one in every big city

Understanding that history might be the key to understanding more about the blue light that's suppressing our magic. Clearly it's been involved in events spanning centuries here if we're able to affect ruins. Yet none of us have been here longer than ten months. There's something there.
Of course it'd have to be ruins, though. I knew someone once who would have delighted to dig through them. Dust and rubble. He'd laugh to see me now.
