you got your basic electrical, you can do wiring and line running and all kinds of shit in either for the state or for independent contracting companies or even start your own damn company and be self employed

you can get invested and go into electrical engineering which is like such a big field you'd probably wanna decide what interest to pursue after you've had a couple classes on it

shit, combine it with anything else, hydroelectric engineering or tech or whatever

it all sounds big but that's just because it takes more time, not because you're not capable of it

okay so
i was like 15
my mom forbid practicing magic in the house for, you know
obvious reasons
but my mom and brother were out and i was bored
i wanted to see if i could control the electricity in the wiring in the house
which was dumb, i know, shut up
but i could sense the currents, right? so i thought that was just a step up
except one of the hardest things about magic is learning to control it
and i didn't realize how hard controlling all that energy at once would be
so long story short i fucked up and fried half the wiring and appliances in our apartment
i tried to say there was some freak power surge but
guess how far that excuse went
